The Cotnari Company has been the heart of Cotnari vineyard since 1948. The local people's love for the vine culture and the fruit has taught us to cherish every sunny grape and to share with others the joy of life. The wine's journey is long but full of rewards. We pemanently take care of more than 1500 vine hectares through top agricultural operations. Our specialists work in the company laboratories and the vineyard searching new varieties of vines or new wine blends. The secret of the Cotnari wines' exceptional quality is that the average yield per hectare represents only 70% up to 80% of the yield obtained by any other vineyard from Romania or other wine-growing countries. Thus, our company always chooses quality over quantity. We treasure our most successful collection starting with the 1957 one in the collection. The soils are extremely propitious for wine-growing, with a sandy-clayey composition, rich in humus and changeable bases. That is why, for example, Grasa de Cotnari has not adapted in to any other vineyard in Romania or the world. 科特纳里-金酒 喝得少为喝得好
好喝的酒也是珍奇的酒 这就是科特纳里的美酒 科特纳里葡萄园的心脏 自1948年开始 COTNARI公司 代表科特纳里葡萄园的心脏。对本地居民爱上种葡萄树的事情使我们含阳光的每个葡萄粒给予评价以及与其他分亨生命的快乐。 葡萄酒的路线是难走长走，但是聚满报偿。我们经过高等的农业工程永久地管理1500公顷面积的葡萄园。在企业的试验室或者在葡萄园我们的专家坚持工作以取 得新品种的葡萄树和新类的混纺葡萄酒。 科特纳里葡萄园的葡萄酒具有特殊的质量由于把每公顷的葡萄中量生产限制于70-80%相对罗马尼亚或者别的生产葡萄酒国家的其它葡萄园的中量生产。本公司 都重视质量不管生产大量。从1957年开始在我们按照科学的标准组织的贮酒所我们保存最成功的葡萄酒收集。 葡萄园 被摩尔多瓦国的大公称呼的“科特纳里葡萄园圣地”代表种葡萄树和制造葡萄酒的古老职业。从古代到目前在本地的小山上趁着地方的特点连续种葡萄树。 本地区的葡萄园由于坡上的焚风流动就会躲藏冷风的影响。每年从五月至九月的其间阴天很少晴天很多使葡萄长大糖量。土壤结构也非常适合种植葡萄树，多腐殖土 多含沙陶土。 就是这个原因格拉色得科特纳里（Grasa de Cotnari）葡萄酒没有在罗马尼亚或者世界别的葡萄园适应种植。 关于本葡萄园能说人的智慧与天然结果结合。 工艺过程 整个工艺过程重视葡萄酒的成熟和成旧的处理过程。正规的科特纳里葡萄酒不会当年生产而是用的，两年四年连十年以后才能取得其代表性的性能。 最后几年本公司跟意大利、德国、瑞典的有名公司一起投资，使扩大装瓶生产量，更新冷却葡萄酒系统、取消酒石盐处理过程、变清葡萄汁、成旧葡萄酒的贮存条件 等。 研究活动 COTNARI 生产联合厂的专家专心于科学研究，研究葡萄酒种类的发展和成立葡萄酒品种的过程。科学家的研究都在高等装备的试验室进行。目前对别的葡萄树进行研究以获得 高质量性能的植物。 |
