VINARTE is a privately owned company established in 1998, with a view to using the great Romanian viticulture potential of this generous lands that produce high quality wines. Our main objective is to produce fine wine, high quality. According to its goal, Vinarte started by making a series of important investments both in agronomic improvements and in vinification technology, the company becoming an important name in the sector of wine production. With vineyards located in three of the best wine- growing region of Romania, namely Dealu Mare, Samburesti and Vanju Mare, the company produces noble wines of great character and excellent quality that enjoy AOC( appellation of origin) status. Vinarte's vineyards comprise international varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling as well as some local varieties like Negru de Dragasani and Feteasca Neagra, native varieties that produce wines with a very distinctive character. We are sure that the Romanian viticulture has all the premises to confirm and reveal its prestige on international market. We believe that combining the rich Romanian tradition, the art, the know-how with the actual technology for producing wines, our viticulture will rise again and the wine will become an unofficial ambassador of Romania in the world, an expression of the national specifics.
