and existing under the laws of Romania, having its registered seat in
Sibiu, perform activities and sales transactions relating to the Fuel
Sale Facitiy, performance sales of goods and services . The company has the right to maintenance and to operation of the Fuel sale Facility and manage: fuel dispensers and thanks; a snack bar for the preparation and sale of snacks and beverages and for the sale of fuel, lubricants and other goods; a car-wash facility including a vacuum cleaner. In the same time, the company sell on a retail basics the motor vehicle fuel, house hold fuel, lubricants, antifreeze, additives for automobile fuel, cleansing additives for automobile engines. |
