As the country's most significant wine producer and the undisputed leader of the industry, Murfatlar holds the largest cultivable area in the country, a highly praised 3000 hectares and the biggest storage capacity of twenty-eight million liters. prizes obtained in international competitions in Barcelona, Brussels,
Montreal, Ljubljana, etc. Each prize and medal shows the recognition of
the international specialists and a guarantee for foreign buyers who
are not familiar with Romanian products. Taking advantage of these strengths, Murfatlar is today the most important wine exporter, exporting to more than 15 countries, of which the most important are USA, Israel, Finland, Spain, UK and Italy. Every year, 15-20% of the annual wine production is exported. Murfatlar Romania exclusively exports bottled wines, under its own label. |
