ROINVEST CONSTRUCT S.A. is a company specialized in the design and construction of residential and commercial buildings. HISTORY Our Company is the former 1-3 Building Site of the Carpati Trust, Cotroceni Building Contractor. After the separation from the Carpati Trust, the company has selected the best workers from the Cotroceni Contractor. The workers and the technical team have a high qualification, obtained during their work period at Carpati Trust for the implementation of construction projects, such as: Neptun and Olimp Resorts from the Black Sea Seaside, county hospitals in Slatina, Constanta, Râmnicu Sarat, the Oncology Hospital in Bucharest, restorations and extensions at the Cotroceni Palace, Guest House, Snagov Palace and Olanesti House. In December 1989 we were working in the representative places of the “Republic House” (The Palace of theParliament). Since January 1990 until the separation from the Carpati Trust, we have realized the restoration of the former Royal Palace, the present day Romania National Art Museum, the consolidation and rearrangement of the special Pavilion for nuclear medicine of the Panduri Hospital, the rearrangement of the head-quarter of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, George Enescu Museum, the Parochial House and the consolidation of the “St. Elena” Romanian Catholic Church and we started the work at the COCA - COLA Factory, Bucharest. Due to financial problems and the losing of some important orders, in April 1992, after our separation from Carpati Trust, we have set up a private company named PIT S.R.L, which realized the following important construction works: the head-quarters of the COCA - COLA Factory Bucharest, the Salami and Sausages Factory “SUIN-PROD”. |
