S.C.”C.I.A.C.”S.A. (Constructions, Installations, Elevators, and Commerce) was established in 1991, 5-th of June. The head quarters are in Oradea, no. 5, Jean Calvin street, its registration number at the chamber of commerce is J05/728/1991, and the fiscal code is R 73843. As the company has been developed, in this moment, our social capital is 180.000 USD. The annual turnover, in 2006, was 5.500.000 USD. From year 1997 the company is 100% privately owned, by Romanian shareholders, we have no foreign investments. Our company's main branch of activity is building and rebuilding of houses, blocks of flats, and all kind of civil and industrial applications. In our carpenter's workshop we produce doors and windows, and in the locksmithery we manufacture the steel units. We have also storehouses and shops of our own, for selling building materials. Our own cars and trucks make the delivery of needed materials to the place where it is requested. Our company has 280 employers at this moment. We have cars, trucks, and building equipments, the estimated value of these is over 320.000 USD. Our company, before 1989, as a part of the Company of Building and Maintenance of Local County, have build and made the plumber work's for all the district heating “points” in Oradea, the water-supply system, heating-supply system and sewerage net for the blocks of flats in Oradea and in the cities and in the villages in Bihor County.
