Our manufacturing facility is well equipped with modern production facilities, operated by a staff of 50 well-trained employees. Our product range is the following: - Steel fibres for disperse concrete reinforcement Flat, undulated and hooked steel fibres, Tensile strength: min. 1100 N/sqmm; Size range (dia): from 0.4 to 1.05 mm, Lengths: 6-12.5-25-30-50-60 mm. APPLICATIONS: industrial floors, tunnel lining, airport runways, highway pavement, precast concrete, shortcrete, parkings, anti-seismic buildings. - Cylindrical cut wire steel for Shot Blasting Cold drawn steel bright wire (L=D) to DIN 8201 (ST D-Z); Carbon content: 0.45 to 0.85%, Tensile strength: 1400-2000N/sqmm; Average hardness: min 435 HV1, Size range (dia): 0.3 - 2.0 mm. APPLICATION: surface cleaning (shot blasting). - Spherical conditioned cut wire steel for Shot Peening Spherical conditioned steel cut wire in different rounding degrees: G1, G2, G3 according to DIN 8201 or VDFI 8001 or AMS 2431, Carbon content: min 0.65%, Tensile strength: min 2200N/sqmm; Average Hardness: 630 HV1, Diameter range: 0.3 - 1.0 mm. APPLICATION: surface hardening (shot peening). - Ecological steel shot for hunting - Steel shot - non-toxic alternative to lead. The shot is ground to a smooth finish and then a light coating of rust preventive lubricant is applied, Specifications: C.I.P Europe, S.A.A.M.I. North America, Hardness: surface: max. 110 HV1, core: max. 100 HV1, Shot sizes: 2.03 5.08 mm. APPLICATION: mainly water birds hunting. - Steel wool - Steel wool made of cold drawn steel wire dia. 3.1 mm with low carbon content, Grades: 0000-super fine, 000-extra fine, 00-very fine, 0-fine, 1-medium, 2-medium coarse, 3-coarse, 4-extra coarse. APPLICATION: furniture industry cleaning, polishing and repair wood and metal. - Chopped steel wool - APPLICATION: brake pads All these products are made from cold drawn steel wire and stainless steel wire.
