The law firm was foundend in 2000 by Bazil Oglinda and Radu Nemes, two young lawyers and universitary assistants, and it was based on their aim to grow an excellent job in the legal services assistance. The attention to detail, scrupulousness and flexibility with which are viewed the real interests of the clients have become the foundation ideas of the company philosophy. Starting with 2003, the partner team has been strengthened by the presence of Mihai Voicu, a brilliant lawyer with a family tradition in profession and international experience. The company’s name was changed in today’s name Oglinda Nemes Voicu (ONV).
With a tradition of over ten years on the Romanian law market, ONV prestige in matters of litigation increase substance and develop, starting with 2001, mainly due to successful strategies developed and acquired by the company in mobile phone industry, where, with the growth of market were mended the rivalries and the problems of operators.
Growth and development of our customers of business carried on by them has gone hand in hand with increasing ONV, so that our company has developed and specialized the services on legal advice, becoming the advocate of effective solutions, costeffective and of any practice of preventive law and assistance on corporate development.
The debut of relationships with our first foreign clients marked also the collaboration with large prestigious law firms from abroad, culminating with appealing to ONV office as experts in matters of international law conflict, in front of the British Courts. In 2007, ONV was chosed by the Legal Netlink Alliance (www.legalnetlink.net), a global professional elite association of medium independent law firms. Working with members of the Alliance was a success and resulted in the 2008 inviting and audit ONV as member of LNA.
