S.R.L. is a limited liability company created in 1999, according to the
Constitution Act authenticated with the no. 873/16.03.1999. The headquarters is in Targu-Jiu, IZLAZ FN Street, district of Gorj, Romania. The main field of activity of the company is recovering of recyclable scraps CAEN Code 3710 and also transport and sale of products, cutting, dismantling and packing of scraps, stocking and sale of scraps. For all its activities the company has obtained the Authorization for recycling materials, issued by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce. The authorized activity is: collecting, transport and sale of products resulted from dismantling, sorting, cutting, packing of recyclable metal scraps. At present the company has 25 employees and the management structure is as follows: • Administrator - Mr. Potirca Constantin Ninel; • General Manager Mr. Chiscan Dorin; • Financial Manager - Mrs. Luca Gabriela; • Transport coordinator Spătaru Catalin; • Legal advisor Mr. Ovidiu Giorgi; Since its creation, the main activity of S.C. LUMETAL S.R.L. has been the recovery of recyclable metal scraps, transport and sale after dismantling various plants, factories or equipments. We develop our activities at the various work points from the plants and factories that are to be dismantled or at the headquarters and warehouse in Targu-Jiu, district of Gorj, Romania, with our own equipments and specialized personnel, the company having all the necessary utilities for developing such activities. |
