We have pleasure in informing that SC CONFIND was set up in May, 1991 carrying on as basic activities the manufacturing of complex equipments for oil and gas industry. In 2007, a production level of approx. 50 million euros, and in 2008 approximately 60 million euros. CONFIND turnover was achieved 70% by exports and 30% by deliveries in the Romanian market. EQUIPMENTS FOR THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY • Horizontal three-phase separators; • Bi-phase and three-phase separator skids, fixed and mobile; • Skids for preparation and injection corrosion inhibitors or emulsion breakers; • Compressors skids – up to 4000 HP; • Production skids – oil collecting and separation points; • Skids for instrumental gas preparing and AMC skids; • Compressor skids driven by thermal and power engines; • Gas compressors electrically driven with power up to kW (type GEC 160); • Storage tanks for oil products, with fixed and floating roof and floating membrane, with capacities up to 50 000 c.m; • Horizontal axis reservoirs for oil products (atmosphere or under pressure); • Salt water injection distributors; • Salt water filters (injection in cluster); • Progressive cavity pumps (PCP) for oil (5-60 mc/h and max 48 bar) and for salt water (10-25 mc/h and pressures of 80-100 bar);  • Driving units for P.C.P - subsurface sucker rod pumps; • Pumping units with P.C.P pumps – type G.P; • Control rooms; • Process towers; • Process skids; • Heat exchangers; • Containerized power plants and accommodation containers for site organization; • Detachable floats for sub-marine pipes assembling; • Gas heaters (140, 210, 350 bar); • Scrapper-traps launching/receiving (Dn20'’, Pn 100); • WellMast drilling rigs, type AM 10 and AM 50; • Liquid peg collecting installation type “slug-catcher”; • Flare-stack equipment; • Condensate stabilizer; • Steam-boilers production and steam boilers repairing; • Beam pumping units for oil extraction (with API monogram); • Well work over rigs repairing; • Rubber parts both for the oil extraction and for the drilling operations; • Weld construction equipments, with processing. Confind has two production units with integrated management system certified by API spec. Q/S 29001 and it is licensed I using the API monogram for the products under API spec. 11AX, 7-1, 7K, 8A, 8C,4F and 11E; In the field of pressure equipments, Confind is organized and certified for the design and development of the pressure equipments and pipes according to ASME and the 97/23/EC regulation, as well as EN 13445 and EN 13480 standards. Since 2006, CONFIND quality system is configured according to the EN ISO 9001:2008, EN ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, SA 8000:2008 (Social Responsibility Management) standards (we attach copies of the above-mentioned certifications). |
