PHOENIX UNIO SRL SATU MARE, completely with private capital, has been established in 1994 as a joint venture of TAURUS EMERGÉ Szeged, Hungary and UNIO SA SATU MARE, Romania. Along history in 1996 TAURUS EMERGÉ become property of PHOENIX FLUID HANDLING GROUP, with Headquarters in Hammburg, Germany wich later, starting with october 2004 became member of CONTINENTAL AG with Headquarter in Hannover, Germany, today's name is ContiTech Rubber Industrial Ltd. Part of CONTITECH Division. As representatives of CONTINENTAL CONTITECH in Romania, we are on the market with rubber conveyor belts with textile reinforcements, steel cord belts, technical rubber plates, industrial hoses and oil and marine hoses. Together with becoming ContiTech the TAURUS EMERGÉ brand is back too, as a well known producer of marine drilling hoses certified according to API Spec 7K, API Spec 16C, API RB 17B and API Spec 17K. The main range of ContiTech hoses are: - Rotary and vibrator hoses; - Mud hoses; - Choke and kill hoses; - Cementing hoses; - Oil hoses; - Air, water and steam hoses - Multi purpose hoses On request custom solutions are possible. In Romania, we are member of the Romanian Association of Drilling Contractors as Rotary and vibrator hoses supplier for companies as:UPETROM SA, G.S.P. SA, DAFORA SA, FORAJ SONDE SA. Every hose is rigourously tested befor delivery. Prototype tests are certified by international institutes as Lloyds Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping, Röntgen Technische Dienst b.v. (R.T.D.)
